Welcome to Activity Alibi. By using our website (activityalibi.com) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Activity Alibi is an entertainment service that connects AI-generated personalities to your Strava account. Upon subscription, these personalities will follow you, analyze your uploaded activities, and leave automated comments and kudos based on their specific persona (e.g., sarcastic, supportive, etc.).

2. Affiliation Disclaimer

Activity Alibi is not created by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Strava, Inc. We utilize the Strava API to provide our service, and your use of Activity Alibi must also comply with Strava’s Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing: Activity Alibi is a paid subscription service billed monthly. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time using the Billing Portal linked in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. User Conduct and Account Security

You must authorize Activity Alibi via your own, legitimate Strava account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Strava account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Activity Alibi subscription if your account is used in a way that violates our terms or Strava's terms.

5. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The comments left on your Strava activities are generated by Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini). While we use safeguards to guide the AI's behavior, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or exact tone of every generated comment. The comments are intended for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute real athletic, medical, or professional coaching advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Activity Alibi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to any actions taken by Strava against your account.
